All in the name of iOS-5...
I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING!!! Yes, EVERYTHING!!!
Now....DO I CRY for the loss, or
DO I REJOICE - A FRESH START TO MY 'LIFE', again 'one step at a time'.
After 5 failed efforts, and yes damn..., 774MB x 5 (that's 3.87GB dude) of my broadband monthly quota - gone to the wind - I was still without the long-awaited iOS-5. Waiting for the download was (long and) bad enough, to have instead of 'download completed' or 'installation completed' which will put joy in one's heart - what I had instead was 'network error connection' just as all the 774MB was all downloaded?????
Tried a couple of times with the Wi-Fi at one of the work places - DAMN - same 'network error connection' message, and that was after about 3 hours of waiting - the Wi-Fi was one of those slower genes.
FUNNY, but definitely not funny haha - more like 'damn rotten apple' funny...
Until JUNIOR came home for the Eid holidays...
And, yes, he enjoyed hacking stuff....
And, after 'hacking' here and there, he managed to get his new iPhone4 updated with iOS-5. At long last, real HOPE was at the HORIZON, peeking through....
And of course, one's turn came right after - heart full of hope, excitement, joy, pride - you name it, it was all there! And at long last, the mighty little camera will be even mightier - one can be heard as saying, though lips unmoved. Who needs iPhone4s afterall....
"Everything backed-up?", "Yup...., 'ere we go!"
(An hour later)
"Where have all my data GONE?" My Contacts lists has JUNIOR's phone list instead of mine! My Notes is empty! AwesomeNote content were all wiped out! And and and...... my PROJECT365 records are now simply BLANKS....ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So to friends..., if you happen to call,sms,whatsapps,viber etc me - and I don't recognise you immediately - know thyself that I have not lost my mind - nor have I forgotten you - I simply need to re-collect your phone numbers again - ONE by ONE by ONE by ONE......
Now, what do I do with my interrupted PROJECT 365.......hmmmmmmm.

DAYS came, and NIGHTS gone by.... someway, somehow RE-STARTING YOUR LIFE bits by tiny little bits, proved to be so REFRESHING!!!
